We have a 60-day return and refund policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return. Just send the bottle/tub back EVEN if it's empty for a full refund of your purchase price. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. The buyer will shoulder the return shipping fee.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
When approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method once we receive the original item. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Shipping fees are not refundable.

4 Reasons why Some People Do Not See Results

1. Too early. Results vary for each individual. For the majority of the individuals, most of the products usually take 3 to 6 months for any significant improvement. And in some people 15 to 20 days are enough to get a change.

2. Hair loss/ hair problem is accompanied by other health symptoms that is not related to hair, consult a doctor.

3. Consistency is the key. Not religiously following the instruction and using the product consistently.

4. Your Alopecia or Baldness is beyond the Stage 6 of Norwood- Hamilton Scale or Ludwig scale. If your baldness is genetic and/ or the baldness has reached the "monk" head or bald crown stage for a long time, you need to consult a hair specialist for other options.
